The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, facility, and common areas. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment. Carry out custodial duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain an organized supply inventory. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Skills Strong ability to maintain cleanliness in gym environments. Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance procedures. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
