SECURITY MANAGER Duties and Responsibilities Establish and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures in order to maintain a safe and secure mall environment. Recruit, supervise, and conduct training for security officers and guards. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events and when responding to emergencies and alarms. Review reports about incidents, accidents, and other related information and investigate to resolve issues. Generate reports and update management on the security status. Confers with a representative of the local government to ensure cooperation and coordination of activities with law enforcement agencies. Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in any course With an experience as a security manager or similar position Further education and knowledge in security administration or similar fields is an advantage Has experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV) Experience in reporting and emergency response planning, security protocols, and procedures. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills Committed and reliable Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
