This role sits at the heart of our operation, supporting healthcare customers and partners by making sure orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved smoothly. What you’ll be doing In this role, you'll be: Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales Working closely with warehouse, finance and internal teams to resolve issues Managing inboxes and keeping customers updated on order progress Dealing with urgent or special order requests calmly and efficiently Producing routine reports and supporting customer account activity You won’t be expected to know everything on day one – full training is provided, and you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and team leaders. .
