The role plays a crucial part in driving brand engagement, customer acquisition, and ensuring Cotton On brands, Factorie and Typo brands resonate with the local market while aligning with global strategies. Key responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Communication Execution Internal Communication & Engagement Social Media Strategy & Digital Execution Influencer & Brand Partnership Management Loyalty, Wholesale & Customer Acquisition Initiatives Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Budget Management & Performance Analysis Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Strategic thinker with the ability to balance global brand alignment with local market nuances Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across internal and external teams Proven expertise in marketing execution, brand communication, and corporate affairs Experience in managing external and internal communications Strong experience in digital and social media strategy, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging across multiple platforms. Excellent project management skills, including agency and budget management Analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign data and using insights to optimize marketing and communication strategies.
