About this role
The Director, Labor Relations and Human Resources (HR) Policy serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert on labor relations with an enterprise-wide scope. This role is responsible for leading labor negotiations, interpreting, and ensuring the consistent and effective administration of collective bargaining agreements and grievance procedures and fostering constructive union relationships. The Director will also lead and drive positive employee relations initiatives and will provide critical and expert guidance and consulting on the labor relations impact of business decisions and transactions, helping to proactively manage risk and align labor strategy with operational goals.
The Director will be responsible for ensuring that the HR policies and procedures are reviewed and maintained and will establish or review the appropriate governance.
This role may work remotely but prefer close to Quest site.
National base range $170,000 - $200,000 but actual compensation dependent on location + 20% AIP.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
