Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area for a Call Centre Sales Agent. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell products or services while delivering outstanding customer service. You will engage with potential and existing clients to provide information about products, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell. A key part of the role involves meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and attending regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Strong verbal Communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Sales expertise to achieve targets, cross-sell and up-sell products, and close deals effectively. Basic knowledge of Insurance processes and products, or a willingness to undergo relevant training, if required. Willingness to participate in Training programs to develop improved product knowledge and refine sales techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities. Matric qualification or equivalent, with relevant working experience in sales or customer service being advantageous.
