The Role As a Control Room Operator, you will play a critical role in coordinating armed response units, monitoring alarm activity, communicating with clients and officers, and ensuring all incidents are handled professionally and efficiently. Requirements & Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria: PSIRA Registration: Minimum Grade C Registered. Experience: Previous control room experience within the security industry. Alarm Monitoring: Experience working with Listener and alarm monitoring systems. CCTV Monitoring: Ability to actively monitor and manage CCTV systems. Communication Skills: Strong radio etiquette and professional telephone communication. Computer Literacy: Comfortable working with control room software and general computer systems. Attributes: Must be reliable, attentive, disciplined, and able to remain calm under pressure.
