## Key Role Overview 8x8 is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of a new Saa. S product, working across front-end (React/Redux) and back-end (Java/Spring) systems. The role involves designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications while collaborating with distributed teams in Singapore, Europe, and North America within an agile environment. ## What are the Key Responsibilities? - Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems. - Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and Redux based on provided designs and wireframes. - Optimize components to deliver maximum performance across diverse devices and browsers. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality across the team. - Participate actively in agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). - Take ownership of code quality and actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation. ## What are the Required Qualifications? - Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale applications. - Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, working primarily with Java, Spring Framework, and Java. Script. - Significant expertise with React. JS and Redux; proficiency in HTML5 and CSS. - Strong experience developing Java-based RESTful web services and good knowledge of Java concurrency, multithreading, and asynchronous APIs. - Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, and web security practices; understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles. - Experience with test automation frameworks at unit and integration levels. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD practices (Jenkins or Git. Hub), and Saa. S product development. - Fluent in written and spoken English. ## What are the Preferred Qualifications? - Experience with Angular. JS or Vue.
