Pay Rate: $26.35 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeThur07:00 PM - 07:00 AM How This Role Works Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify security-related concerns and report conditions that need attention.Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to support site access procedures and visitor management requirements.Observe operations around equipment, materials, and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues according to post instructions. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.A TSA-issued TWIC is required.Be at least 21 years of age.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
