## Construction Laborer Opportunity in Louisville, KY Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Construction Laborers for projects located in and around Louisville, KY. This is a full-time opportunity with pay up to $24/hour based on your experience and skill level. If you're a Construction Laborer eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career. ## What You'll Be Doing Your days will involve a variety of essential construction work. You'll prepare foundations of structures for pour, verify elevations, and set edge forms. You'll review form-work for line and grade, then construct beams, slabs on grade, columns, and panels for pour. Part of your role includes molding, shaping, or forming wood, metal, composite, or plastic forms to pour concrete. You'll also assist with the preparation and setup of construction project sites and handle general labor tasks such as digging trenches, carrying materials, and cleaning debris. Proper cleanup procedures are important, and you may perform demo work as well. Other tasks will be assigned as needed depending on project requirements. ## What We're Looking For You'll need to bring your tools of the trade and standard PPE to the job site.
