Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to maintain safety and security at our facility. This role involves monitoring premises, preventing loss, and ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents. Prior experience in law enforcement or surveillance is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the protection of our assets while working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior Enforce company policies related to loss prevention and safety protocols Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary Maintain detailed incident reports and document all security-related activities accurately Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, or vendors Assist with crowd control during events or high-traffic periods as needed Conduct security checks of buildings, equipment, and property to ensure everything is secure Qualifications Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and effectively Ability to stand for extended periods and perform patrol duties across large areas Must pass background checks and adhere to all safety regulations and protocols This position plays a vital role in safeguarding our assets and maintaining a secure environment.
