Are you a mature and experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail? Our client in Kimberley is looking for a highly organized Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience who can take on various tasks and contribute to the efficiency of the organization. If you are detail-oriented, skilled in administration, and ready to take on a dynamic role, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilitiesRepresent the company in all forms of communication, maintaining good working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and clientsRespond to and follow up on all enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits as requiredResponsibility for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEnter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systemsGenerate reports, charts, and graphs from data as requestedSchedule meetings, appointments, and conference callsArrange meeting rooms, equipment, and catering as requiredMaintain and organise electronic and physical filing systemsManage document storage, retrieval, and archivingRequirements:Matric (Grade 12)Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative experienceA relevant qualification (advantageous)Excellent organisational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office softwareExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationProactive attitude and willingness to take on new challengesFamiliarity with office equipment and proceduresRenumeration: Job Grade B5If you are a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong administrative skills and experience, this is your chance to join a growing company!IMPORTANT:Applications close 30 June 2026If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessfulPlease ensure that you use the correct reference when sending your application via emailOnly candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
