Key Responsibilities Security Monitoring & Surveillance Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches Ensure all access points are secured at all times Access Control Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles Verify identification and maintain visitor logs Enforce company security policies and procedures Incident Response & Reporting Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation Coordinate with management and authorities when necessary Asset Protection Safeguard company property, equipment, and facilities Monitor movement of materials and vehicles in and out of the premises Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in emergency drills and evacuation procedures Report hazards and unsafe conditions Coordination & Communication Coordinate with internal departments regarding security concerns Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors Assist in enforcing operational policies and procedures Qualifications At least a High School graduate or College level With relevant experience in security or related field (preferred) Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods Knowledge of basic security procedures and safety protocols
