Commercial Analyst

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Analyst to join our remote team. This role is essential in supporting business growth through market analysis, performance reporting, and strategic insights that help optimize commercial operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities Commercial Analysis &

Reporting Analyze business performance, sales trends, and commercial data to support decision-making

Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders

Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning activities

Market Research &

Insights Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities

Gather and interpret data to support commercial strategies and initiatives

Provide insights into customer behavior, pricing, and market performance

Support the development of recommendations based on analytical findings

Collaboration &

Business Support Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to support commercial objectives

Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of business strategies and campaigns

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational and financial performance

Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Data Management &

Process Improvement Maintain accurate records, reports, and commercial documentation

Ensure data integrity across reporting systems and analytical tools

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflow efficiency

Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements About the Ideal Candidate

1–3 years of experience in commercial analysis, business analysis, or a similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Comfortable working in a remote environment

Familiarity with reporting tools, spreadsheets, or business intelligence platforms is a plus

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or similar tools

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
