This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office. POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities: Manage the switchboard and handle incoming calls in a professional manner Transfer calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely follow-ups Arrange couriers and manage incoming/outgoing parcels Coordinate catering for visitors when required Arrange travel bookings, including flights and accommodation Maintain and control stock of stationery and office supplies Manage office groceries and related stock control Capture and update sales orders on Dynamics 365 Business Central Assist with updating sales invoices and preparing export documentation packs Provide general administrative support as required Minimum Requirements: Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use initiative and work independently Professional, well-presented, and reliable Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise tasks Fast learner with a proactive approach Fluent in English (spoken and written) Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience working on an ERP or accounting system (advantageous)
