Job Details Description OPS Security Group is seeking professional and customer-service-focused Enhanced Security Officers for a people-facing security role at the Hope Center in New Castle, DE. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle high-interaction environments while maintaining safety and security standards. Responsibilities Monitor property and report suspicious activityPerform ingress/egress and access control proceduresConduct walking patrols throughout the propertyMonitor CCTV and surveillance systemsRespond to emergencies, incidents, and alarmsComplete daily activity logs and incident reportsAssist with resident intake and screening processesSupport case managers during high-traffic periodsEnforce curfew and facility policiesDe-escalate conflicts and maintain a professional presenceBuild positive rapport with residents, staff, and visitorsPerform additional security duties as assigned Qualifications Valid Delaware Red Card requiredHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of customer service experiencePrevious security, military, law enforcement, concierge, or service industry experience preferredStrong communication and de-escalation skillsBasic computer knowledge (email, reports, Microsoft Office, etc.)Reliable transportationAbility to pass background check, drug screening, and OPS training requirements Preferred Experience Candidates should meet at least one of the following: 4 years of armed security experience3 years of military experienceState or federally certified law enforcement academy training Physical Requirements Ability to stand and patrol for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to wear a security uniformAbility to pass Physical Agility Test (PAT):100-meter run in 66 seconds or less30 push-ups26 sit-ups Additional Information CPR/AED/First Aid/BLS training preferred or ability to obtainMust maintain a clean and professional appearanceCandidates cannot have previously worked at the Hope Center OPS Security Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to professionalism, accountability, and servant leadership. Qualifications

Preferred Experience
