Position Summary: Open for or Edmonton West location at 16409 111 Ave NW We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Team at our Edmonton West location. The warehouse associate will assist in organizing and moving products in the warehouse to meet company safety and productivity standards. Responsibilities: Picking customers and interbranch orders and double-checking for accuracy prior to shipment. Unload inbound trucks and trailers (in compliance with safe material handling procedures) and stage the goods in the receiving lane as directed. Process inbound shipments, including sorting, quality checking, and count verification. Prepare orders for shipment Lifting and carrying 2lbs-50lbs on a daily basis. Using the computer system to check inventory, look up orders, and identify products Interact, communicate and coordinate with all team members daily Perform put-away of product on all levels of racking using appropriate powered material handling equipment where required. Other duties, such as organizing shelves, cleaning the warehouse, and other tasks as assigned by the manager Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe workspace, including the use of required PPE. Qualifications: Strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude towards customers and co-workers. Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to details and multitask. Highly motivated, with the desire to be successful and learn about the product. Forklift experience is beneficial in this role though not mandatory. Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 LBS. Related warehouse work experience is an asset, but we are willing to train.
