Dallas, Texas - 2026-04-17 The Deployment Technician will work within a team environment to receive and deploy technology in a professional setting across our customers’ North Dallas area locations . This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with exceptional employee benefits and an excellent entry-level opportunity in IT services. DEPLOYMENT TECHNICIANS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Imaging and managing of computer equipment Check in items from the dock into our storage Working with a team on projects Able to carry 25 lbs Scheduling with customers THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and minor IT experience is required; training will also be provided Strong customer service skills Good time management Ability to multitask Organization and attention to detail Working Knowledge of Office 365, including MS Outlook for emails and calendars, would be beneficial Experience with any ticketing or customer management system is strongly preferred Requires a minimum of a high school diploma (or GED / high school equivalence certificate) Additional Information About This Role Must have a valid driver’s license, private transportation, and current automobile insurance (may be required to transport equipment between nearby office locations; business mileage reimbursed) Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs; must also be able to walk long distances, sit, stand, bend/stoop, and have dexterity of hands/fingers for working with computer equipment Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour View our benefits information here: https://marketing.mytsp.net/tsp-benefits Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States WE ARE TSP TSP is award-winning, customer-endorsed, and minority-owned.
