MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To provide work-integrated learning in the maintenance of medical equipment, as well as provision of technical support to users of medical equipment within the Hospital. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide Technical Support for the Hospital under supervision Perform requested technical jobs within the Hospital under supervision Acquire the skills to identify and control risk in the technical environment within the Hospital Understand how to coordinate/manage work done by on-site contractors within the Hospital Gain the knowledge of how to perform office administration duties within the Technical Department Learn to build and maintain stakeholder relations and client service within the Technical Department Required Education ESSENTIAL EDUCATION Completion of all theoretical subjects for NQF 6 Diploma in Electrical Engineering: light current or clinical engineering DESIRED EDUCATION n/a Essential Certification n/a DESIRED CERTIFICATION Valid Driver's licence Required Experience ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE No experience needed Required Job Skills And Knowledge Computer Literacy (Microsoft Suite)
