Requirements Must have: - Proven extensive knowledge of Azure and Entra Services adhering to best practices in Azure security including identity management access control and threat protection. Background in Infrastructure/Systems Administration/Dev Ops with knowledge of networking, monitoring, and support.Proficiency in coding languages.Extensive proven working experience of maintaining vulnerability management solutions and remediating system vulnerabilities.Proven working experience managing server infrastructure in a Data Centre environment.Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 - 2022.Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Certificate Services.Extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other cloud computing technologies.Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure, as well as part of a wider team.Effective time management skills.Proven knowledge of managing and maintaining cybersecurity products.Strong knowledge of security best practices and industry standards such as CIS and ISO27001.ITIL foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.Willingness to work weekends as required.Meticulous attention to detail.Willingness to travel to other offices as required.Several years experience in a similar role.Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of Azure Tools including AKS, Azure Functions, Terraform, network application load balancing products, MDM products, and experience configuring firewalls, switches, and routers. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the firms cloud services and VMware Broadcom environments across all Data Centres and offices. Deploy and create scalable cloud solutions in collaboration with development teams to architect and implement reliable Azure-based solutions.Plan and develop cloud structures that meet organizational strategies, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.Manage and maintain the firms vulnerability management solutions and remediate vulnerabilities according to firm policies.Ensure all server infrastructure is patched in accordance with the firms patching policy and schedule changes as needed.Manage and maintain the Windows server environment.Troubleshoot and resolve server system application-related issues, documenting all troubleshooting steps.Generate system and component capacity management reports weekly and perform trend analysis.Manage and maintain critical Windows Server Services like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.Provide advanced technical support to other departmental teams.Ensure proactive monitoring of all systems and services using departmental tools.Manage and maintain the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.Build and deploy Windows Servers and SAAS/PAAS solutions as required.Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure adequate BCDR protection for servers and services.Support and manage the firms Microsoft Dynamics AX solution.Participate in the out-of-hours rota to monitor and address critical alerts in network monitoring tools and respond to emergency escalations.
