MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To deliver optimal support towards processes and procedures in the nursing unitKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Perform administrative duties Assist with patient administration related functions Control pharmaceutical stock Deliver a reception service REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 (with computer literacy subjects or an additional computer literacy certificate) DESIRED EDUCATION: Reception / Secretarial /Personal Assistant / Administration trainingREQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Administrative experience in a healthcare settingREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE RecordkeepingPatient administration systemCompliment and complaints managementData capturingTelephone etiquetteComputer literate (Microsoft Office)Stock control processes
