## Laborer: Davis./Weber County General Laborer Opportunity — must be located in Weber/Davis County Area. We are hiring laborers to join hydro-vac excavation crews working around underground utilities. You will be out in the field clearing the work area, potholing, opening pits, and performing job restoration. This role is hands-on and physically demanding; candidates should be prepared to perform general labor and support excavation projects alongside the Lead Vac Operator. A few of the tasks you will assist with include: - Work with Lead Vac Operator to complete excavation projects - Digging and lifting/ potholing for existing utilities - Load and unload equipment/ materials needed to complete work - Landscape restoration, Concrete and Asphalt repairs - Backfilling - General Labor We expect crew members to demonstrate core competencies such as effective communication, customer focus, accountability, problem solving and innovation, teamwork and collaboration, and valuing and respecting others. You must be able to withstand hot/cold & adverse weather conditions and stand/work for long periods of time, able to work 8-10 hour shifts. Education & skill requirements include: - Valid Utah Driver’s License Hours and work arrangement details are as follows. Hours are M - F 7:00 AM – with fluctuating on-call shifts nights and weekends. On-call hours eligible for over-time pay.
