Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $28.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions when required, and support visitor, vehicle, and/or delivery processing in accordance with site protocols.Observe equipment areas, loading zones, and restricted locations for policy compliance, and communicate maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues through appropriate reporting channels. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 2+ years of security-related experience is required.Applicants must be 21+ years of age.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
