SENIOR MANAGER SECURITY QUALIFICATION Graduation/ Ex Police/ Ex Defence / Major Level with 8 + years experience of handling the security department in a corporate sector. EXPERIENCE: 7-12 Years. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing security of the entire property - Commercial Sites, IT Parks for Pune region. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation.Adept at preparing and managing budgets.Ensuring compliance with local regulations.Coordinate the security operation with the location managers.Lead a team of security officers.Evaluate & select external outsourced security agencies for providing security personnel guards.Conduct risk assessment, Security set up, audit & organizing training to Security personnelMust be thoroughly aware of security procedures in a corporate setting, including use of CCTV, etc. • To initiate the ERT (Emergency Response Team) and manage the activation of the emergency response plan to reduce loss. KEY SKILLS: Knowledge of Relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies, laws, legal codes, government regulations.Process oriented and adherence.Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills.Good communication skills, Knowledge of Marathi would be preferred & IT skills.
