Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: Deliver workplace inductions for visitors, contractors, and new starters. – Management of site digital induction. Manage and maintain site training documentation, permits, and compliance records. Organise any on-site training that may be requested by site management, filing training records to ensure compliance and updating systems and matrixes for the site. Working as part of a team or as an individual providing key support in delivering projects. Provide basic first‑level support for site digital tools and access systems. Ad hoc management of stationery, printer supplies for the office Raise purchase requisitions requested by management for procurement purposes. You are the right fit if you have/are: Computer literacy is essential, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience in conducting risk assessments preferably within a manufacturing environment is advantageous. A self-starter, proactive, and able to work without direct supervision. Practical/pragmatic approach. Previous audit experience is advantageous. Candidates should ideally have experience working in a manufacturing environment and a willingness to learn and develop within this challenging role. Previous involvement in Health and Safety and/or training would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organisational ability. Tenacity and the drive to succeed are additional qualities required in this role plus the ability to work closely with the Site Management team to meet all goals concerning HSE.
