Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. Warehouse Manager oversees daily operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping, while ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, and staff productivity. They optimize workflows and maintain facility equipment to meet efficiency targets. Key duties include scheduling staff, enforcing compliance, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Direct all daily activities, including the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. This involves optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization to improve material flow. Inventory Management: Develop and maintain inventory control systems, oversee cycle counts, and minimize waste or obsolescence. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff. This includes scheduling shifts, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Logistics & Distribution: Plan, optimize, and oversee transportation, routing, and distribution networks. Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including OSHA compliance and equipment inspections. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations (safety, import/export) and maintain accurate documentation of inventory and procurement data. Reporting & Strategy: Analyze performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, inventory turns) Qualifications & Skills Experience: Requires 5+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), freight processes, shipping & receiving procedures. Clean DMV required. Education: A high school diploma. A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration is preferred. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and basic computer software like Microsoft Excel. Certifications: Requires a valid driver’s license. Forklift operator certification desired. Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
