We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, employees, and visitors. This role involves implementing safety protocols, responding to emergencies, and ensuring safety and security standards compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Patrol the hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. • Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity. • Enforce hotel safety and security standards and procedures. • Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, or security breaches, in a calm and professional manner. • Assist with crowd control during events, conventions, and peak periods. • Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address safety hazards. • Prepare clear and detailed incident reports as required. • Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Qualifications: • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred. • Strong observational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions. • Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays. • Physically able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
