Key Responsibilities Assist production line operators and technicians with various tasks as needed. Perform general labor duties, including lifting, moving, and stacking materials and products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, equipment, and work areas. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Load and unload materials from machines, conveyors, and storage areas. Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors. Support inventory management by properly storing and retrieving supplies. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
