Multimedia Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Static Graphic Designer to join our eLearning consulting team. If you love transforming content into visually engaging designs and thrive on bringing ideas to life, this could be the perfect role for you. Core Areas : Designing and enhancing PowerPoint presentations Creating infographics and PDF visual summaries Turning content into clear, engaging visual designs Applying strong design principles (layout, hierarchy, typography, colour) Collaborating on briefs and proactively presenting design options Future development opportunity - supporting eLearning content development in Articulate Storyline Role and responsibility: Corporate PowerPoint (PPT) design and layout Static design work e.g. Infographics, PDFs, eLearning slide layouts etc. Communication materials such as pamphlets/emailers Ad hoc design requests as needed Multi-media design and video animation skills an advantage but not compulsory Key Attributes : Strong design skills in 2D static design Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, fonts, and CI colour palettes Ability to interpret briefs and think creatively Someone who is efficient, proactive, and takes initiative in creating creative options Good communication skills and timely with project tasks Comfortable receiving direction and iterating on feedback Basic understanding (or willingness to learn) Articulate Storyline / eLearning tools Open to growth - we’re looking for someone we can develop and grow into their role Work Set-up : Candidates must have their own laptop and access to Adobe Creative Suite · Hybrid role 2 days in office 3 days remote · Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 / 08:30-17:30 (remote-based with flexibility) Salary: Salary range: R13,000 – R15,000 per month for a 1-month fixed contract, with a potential extension of contract, based on performance Availability: Expected start date in mid May If you’re passionate about design and want to grow within the eLearning space, we’d love to hear from you.
